Who We’re Looking for
We are searching for a skilled RFP Manager to help us manage and deliver compelling proposals to prospective clients. Additionally, you’ll help in navigating DPA’s, new vendor packets and other procurement documents. You are a highly organized and results driven professional who can analyze and improve our existing work flow and motivate others in your mission.

This role will include:
- Managing a small team and build out for future volume forecasts as needed
- Incorporate purpose built software into process to build efficiencies and improve win rate (using RFP management software).
- Ability to manage end-to-end process including pre-RFP review, content, design and timely delivery of RFPs
- Beyond RFP’s, you will also be responsible for coordinating and completing data privacy agreements, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, contracts and other administrative documents, based on guidance from subject matter experts, such as legal counsel.
- You will report to SVP Sales but also interact across all departments as needed
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
- Proposal writing / RFP writing experience
- Contract management experience a strong positive
- Management experience
- Familiar with RFP workflow software a plus (ParentSquare uses RFPIO)
- Familiar with K-12 vertical
- Track record of improving workflows and win rates

The salary range for this role will be $80,000 to $120,000, DOE.
