Who We’re Looking for

You have sales in your DNA and  have the unique ability to train, motivate and lead a team to create deals from inquiries and to seek opportunities for new potential clients. As our SDR Manager, you’ll manage and oversee each SDR’s pipeline of leads and provide strategic direction for each SDR’s focused outreach.  You’ll build the SDR team’s strategy and goals as well as help to create metrics to measure the performance of each individual and of the SDR team as whole. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing hiring, mentoring and development of SDR’s which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new members
  • Developing the sales, product and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivating  team members through creative incentives
  • Providing daily, weekly and monthly reporting on volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversation of sales accepted opportunities and playbook effectiveness
  • Identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity
  • Partnering with senior sales management, marketing and other business partners to develop a successful GTM strategy
  • Refining and evolving a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team 
  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless handover post-sale with detailed and accurate notes from the sales process 
  • Being a champion of ParentSquare’s product, reputation and features at all times

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS
  • Must have direct experience as an SDR in a SaaS K12 organization
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement as an SDR 
  • Proven track record scaling of large SDR teams
  • Experienced in hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities
