 FREE ATHLETIC PHYSICALS FOR NORTHAMPTON COUNTY STUDENT-ATHLETES Attention all Northampton County Middle School and High School Student-Athletes: FREE Athletic Physicals will be provided at Northampton Collegiate & Technical High School on:  Friday, July 17, 2026  9:00 a.m. All student-athletes planning to participate in school athletics during the 2026–2027 school year are encouraged to attend. Important: A parent or legal guardian must sign the athletic physical form before the physical can be performed. Student-athletes without a signed consent form cannot receive a physical. Due to delivery delays, we will not be able to hold the Summer Meal pickup schedule tomorrow, Monday, June 22, 2026.  Instead, we will be handing out Summer Meals on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.  The district will follow the same schedule and locations this Wednesday that we normally have on Mondays.  Thank you, and have a great evening!

Good evening Parents and Guardians, Due to some additional students being added to the summer camps or no longer participating, some adjustments were made to bus routes.  You can access the most current bus routes for approximate pickup and drop off times by clicking  here . 2026-2027 Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten Registra...

Kindergarten and Pre-Kindergarten Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year continues online!  If you have registered your child already,  do not complete another enrollment.  It already has been processed or is currently being processed.  If you have a current Pre-Kindergarten student, you do not need to enroll your child ​for Kindergarten. Enrollment requirements are listed on the flyer below, including where to contact to ask questions.  Also, online registration is not limited to just Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten!  If you have a student in Grades 1-12 that is not a current student in Northampton County Schools and you would like to enroll them in our district for next year, please follow the link below! Road Closure - Deloatch Mill Road - Wednesday, May 2...

NCDOT is planning a road closure on Deloatch Mill Road tomorrow, Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 3 :00 p.m., weather permitting. Local traffic should utilize NC 35 and US 158 and follow the signed detour route while the roadway is closed. This planned work is to replace a crossline pipe beneath the roadway. A map is below for reference of the detour route and specific work location which will take place between address 561 and the Bridge on Deloatch Mill Road.

2026-2027 Academic Calendars

At the May 11, 2026 Northampton County Board of Education Regular Meeting, the School Board voted to change the name of Northampton County High School effective the 2026-2027 school year to Northampton Collegiate and Technical High School. All calendars for the 2026-2027 school year have been published to the district website and are also available by clicking here .  These calendars are also available on the NCS District Website by clicking the "District Calendars" icon on the homepage. Please note:  there is a new additional calendar for the upcoming school year.  Due to the transition in late September for the Northampton Collegiate and Technical High School to their new campus in Jackson, there is a separate calendar for that school.  In the calendar folder, this calendar is located as #3 for the English version and #6 for the Spanish version.
