Cobra Tales | June 10, 2026 Schedule of Events 6/11 – Last Day of School – ½ day of school 6/15 - 6/26 – Summer School 7/20 – Online registration opens 8/18 – Back to School Jamboree – PK-12 from 9am-6pm in the Elementary Gym. 9/8 – First Day of School 6/9 – 6th Grade Promotion @ 1pm The last day of school is Tomorrow, Thursday, June 11. This will be a half day. Students will eat lunch before they are dismissed at 12:30pm. Have a wonderful, safe Summer! We will see you on August 18 at the Back to School Jamboree. The first day of school for the 26-27 School year will be the Tuesday after Labor Day, September 8. There will be a $20 Supply Fee per student next school year. This is paid in the office. Online Registration opens on July 20. Steps to complete registration for Central Linn School District for the 2026-27 School year. 1. - Do online registration - all new and returning students 2. - Complete additional paperwo rk packet - all new and returning students 3. - Proof of Residency - New students only - if outside the Central Linn District boundaries submit an Inter-District transfer request to the District Office 4. - Proof of Identity - New students only 5. - Submit or update immunization Records - New or returning students 6. - Complete bus transportation form for each student. Juniors and Seniors complete paperwork for parking on campus - In Person Students only 7. - Pay the School Supply fee of $20 per student. The older ParentVUE (PVUE) and StudentVUE (SVUE) mobile apps will be removed from the app stores in Summer 2026 . Beginning July 1, 2026 , parents and students will need to use the new Parent VUE and Student VUE apps . This means that families and students will need to: Delete the current PVUE/SVUE apps Download the new ParentVUE and StudentVUE apps from the app store The current (older) app will not work after July 1, 2026. Please delete and upload the new ParentVue/ StudentVue app from the app store. Cobra Tales | April 22, 2026 Schedule of Events 5/4 & 5/5 – Dental Sealants 5/11 – 5/14 – Spirit Week 5/15 – Spring Carnival 4pm-7pm Our Spring Carnival is 5 weeks away on May 15th from 4-7pm ! This is the PTC's biggest fundraiser of the year and is a huge reason why the PTC is able to fund field trips and other enrichment activities at school. Volunteers: We need a lot of help to put on such a big event. If you are interested in volunteering your time to help set up, during the event or help with clean up, please reach out to Mrs. Kildea at deanna.kildea@centrallinn.k12.or.us 25-26 Yearbooks This year’s yearbook is for sale in the Elementary Office. They are $25; Cash or Check made out to CLES. The number of Yearbooks is limited and not available to order online. Lost and Found The number of items in Lost and Found are growing daily! If your student is missing something, please check the lost and found. Unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the school year. Reminder – Please do not send Sodas or Energy drinks to school. By qualifying for the Community Eligibility Provision program, we can have free breakfast and lunch for all our students. Part of this program is to promote healthier eating habits; we ask that students do not bring soda or energy drinks to school. Dental Sealants May 4 & 5 Capital Dental Care will be on the Elementary campus to provide dental sealants to any student that has Parental consent on May 4 and 5. Paperwork was sent home last week. If you need the paperwork please contact the Elementary Office. If interested in the dental sealants, please return the paperwork by Tuesday, April 28th. The Play Little Women April 23 & 24 The Central Linn Drama Department is presenting the play Little Women on Thursday April 23 at 7:30 pm and Friday April 24 at 8 pm at Central Linn High School. We appreciate all donations. If you do not have time to shop and would prefer donating cash that can be used to purchase items for the basket, please put it in an envelope with your child’s name and teacher with “Basket Donation” written on it. Cobra Tales | April 8, 2026 Schedule of Events 4/9 – ½ of school – early release at 12:30pm 4/9 - Parent Teacher conferences 2 -8pm 4/10 - Parent Teacher conferences 8am – 3pm 4/21 - PTC meeting 3:30 5/15 – Spring Carnival 4pm-7pm Thursday, April 9 will be a half day. Students will be release at 12:30pm. Students will have lunch before they are sent home. Buses will run regular routes just change the start time of afternoon routes to 12:30pm.
