Registration, Device Pickup & More

Dear HCCS Families, We're excited to announce our upcoming Registration Assistance and Device Pickup days! While enrollment remains open year-round, we're hosting these specific dates to provide dedicated support and device distribution.  Please see the information below for exciting information about the Huntington County 4-H Fair and our Annual Open House Events. Event Schedule: Thursday, July 24th: 1 pm-7 pm Friday, July 25th: 8 am-1 pm Registration Locations & Services: /  Riverview Middle School:   Central location for registration assistance for ALL secondary schools (Crestview Middle School, Riverview Middle School, and Huntington North High School).  Enter through Door 1 (Main Entrance) /  All Elementary Schools:   Open during these same times for elementary registration assistance (PreK-5th Grade) /  Device Pickup: Available for all secondary school students (grades 6-12) at Riverview Middle School Important Information: /  Students from Crestview Middle School, Riverview Middle School, and Huntington North High School should visit  Riverview Middle School for both registration assistance and device pickup. /  Elementary families (Pre-K-5th Grade) can visit their elementary school for registration assistance during these times. /  Elementary devices will be distributed during school within the first few weeks of the school year. /  Staff will be available to help with registration questions and provide personalized assistance. Benefits of Attending: / Receive personalized registration assistance from school staff / Get your secondary student's device before school starts / Ask questions about the upcoming school year / Complete everything in one convenient visit.  While you can complete enrollment online at any time, these dedicated days offer the advantage of in-person support and immediate device pickup for secondary students. Reminder:  4-H Fair We will also be at the Huntington County 4-H Fair from July 21 to July 23, from 11 am to 1 pm & 5 pm to 8 pm , to assist with registration.  Stop by and say hello!  There are school drawstring bags, pens, and school stickers while supplies last! Reminder:  Open House Huntington County Community Schools will be hosting Open House Night on  Monday, August 4th , from 5 pm to 7 pm for Crestview Middle School and Riverview Middle School.  Open House Night for All Elementary Schools and Huntington North High School will be  Tuesday, August 5th , from 5 pm to 7 pm.
