Local Livestock Show on Feb 14th

Our McGregor Ag Boosters are excited to invite you to our annual Local Livestock Show on Saturday, February 14th! Join us at the new MISD Agricultural Facility as we kick off the show at 10 am, followed by the sale at 6 pm. Let’s show our support for our amazing MISD 4H and FFA students!

2-Hour Delayed Start on 01/28/2026

MISD campuses will have a two-hour delayed start tomorrow, January 28th (PS/ES 9:50am, JH/HS 10:00am). Please be cautious as you go through the car rider lines and make sure students are on sidewalks and clear of any icy walkways. Jr. High student drop-off will be modified somewhat - we will direct traffic. Our school buildings are in good shape and we look forward to seeing our students tomorrow!

MISD campuses will be closed Tuesday, January 27th. All after-school events scheduled for Tuesday will be rescheduled. We hope to return to a normal schedule on Wednesday.  Stay warm and safe!

MHS Career & Tech Projects

Our Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs at McGregor High School are busy with construction! In the Agricultural Technology and Mechanical Systems class, students are building a room equipped with plumbing and electrical systems to accommodate both conventional and solar power. They're also creating a custom BBQ pit trailer. Our Geometry Construction class is busy as well.  They are currently designing and building a unique hexagon-shaped picnic table. We can't wait to see the incredible designs our students are creating!  ​
