Get started at: Pathfinder Important Information NWTC Marinette Spring Explore Day: NWTC is offering our students a change to explore programs at the Marinette campus. Deadline to signup with Mrs. Cross is March 13. Event will be at the end of April. Senior Information Check in this section each week for important information related directly to seniors! Scholarships: There are over 30 scholarships posted now with due dates before the end of spring break. Please encourage your students to work on these along and apply for any scholarship that they are eligible for. Seniors have access to a master scholarship file that outlines scholarship, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements. Seniors should regularly check their email as I send out emails when this file is updated. Scholarship copies can be picked up in my office. Senior Pictures: We still have a few seniors whose picture we are missing. Please verify with your senior that they have turned in a baby and senior picture. Pictures can be emailed to Mrs. Cross or dropped in her office if it is a physical copy. Pictures would then be scanned and returned to the student. We are also looking for pictures of groups of students throughout the years - think youth sports, parties, field trips - from elementary school through present to be used in the senior video. This pictures can also be sent to Mrs. Cross. Graduation: May 11-12th are senior exams. May 13 is the senior last day with additional practice at night (attendance is mandatory for both times to walk at graduation). Senior Awards are also May 13th - everyone is encouraged to attend as everyone is recognized during the evening. May 14th at 9am is a mandatory meeting for anyone who receives scholarships at the senior awards. May 17th is graduation at 2pm at the track. Xello is an engaging career exploration program that helps students learn about their interests, explore career pathways, and plan for their future. We look forward to partnering with you as students explore their goals and plan for life after graduation. Parent Newsletter Schoo Important Dates December 12 - Early Release 11:55 am. Lunch will not be served. The volunteer background check form can be found on our school website under the Resources tab School News December Dress-up Days: We will have dress up days for all 15 days in December. See the end of this newsletter for the calendar with the days. A student will be chosen in each class/grade who displays the most holiday spirit through their participation in the dress up days. Food Drive: Thank you to everyone who donated to the food drive. It will bless many people in our community. Holiday Shop: The Holiday Shop for students in grades K-5th will be on Tuesday, December 16. Your students teacher sent home information this week. Forms are due back by December 10th. School Wide Holiday Activity: On Wednesday afternoon, all students grades K-12 will participate in a holiday activity. They will move from station to station participating in fun activities. Be sure to ask your student about it Wednesday evening.
