    ​ ​ Federal Impact Aid Survey October 2, 2024 ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ - Complete the Federal Impact Aid Survey to help secure funding for your student's schools - ​ Dear Parent or Guardian: Under Public Law 874, the school district is entitled to funds for the operation and maintenance of our school. In order for us to apply for these funds, we are required to submit the attached Survey. We would very much appreciate your cooperation in providing the information requested and submitting it to your child's school. Should you have more than one child in the school district, please complete a separate survey for each child. THIS INFORMATION WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL This year we will be conducting the survey digitally with ParentSquare. Please click the link for your student's school below or follow the link from the email sent directly to you by your student's school. You will need to register your ParentSquare account to be able to complete this survey online. Thank you for your help.   • District Newsletter - Opening Day Packets

    ​ ​ MJUSD Opening Day Packets August 20, 2024 ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ - ParentSquare and Aeries Parent Portal - ​ To improve parent access and engagement, we have launched out digital platform, ParentSquare, in addition to our existing application, Aeries Parent Portal. Opening Day Packets, contact verifications, medical and minor authorizations available on Aeries Parent Portal. All forms are also available to print if that is your preference. All parents should have also received an Invitation to ParentSquare the week before school started and an email containing the three forms from the Opening Day Packet that are available for Digital Signature. If you already printed and returned your forms with a live signature you will not need to complete the forms emailed from ParentSquare. At this time we would ask all parents, new and returning, to log into your Parent Portal and complete Fall Verifications. Then sign into your ParentSquare account and complete your available forms. Forms are on the right hand side under the Calendar if you are using a browser.     ​ ​ MJUSD Back to School Fall Enrollment Verification / Opening Day Packet August 9, 2024 ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ First Day of School - August 15th ​ ​ ​ ​ We are going Digital! ​ To improve parent access and engagement, we will be transitioning to digital signatures, forms and delivery for most items. This will include: Opening Day Packets, permission slips, and authorizations. At this time we would ask all parents, new and returning, to log into your Parent Portal and complete Fall Verifications. You will also be receiving emails/text notifications for required forms that will need digital signatures or can be printed for live signatures.
