Last Chance Economically Disadvantaged Forms

Please help us continue the Free Breakfast and Lunch Programs. We are currently feeding an average of 1700 students every day for lunch and an additional 800 for breakfast. We currently have less than 1700 of our 3000 students that have completed forms. That is 59% of our enrollment. Even if you never eat in the cafeteria, please complete the forms. Completion of the form is quick and easy. Please, please, please, help us help you. We are running out of time to qualify. Please take 2 minutes and complete your form today! Thank you.

Fever Reminder

Fever above 100.4 degrees —Your child should be fever-free and off all fever-reducing medication for 24 hours before they return to school. Students returning to school before they are well are more susceptible to illness and may expose others. Please do not give your child medication to treat a fever and send them to school. Eye Inflammation or Discharge – if your child’s eye is red with a cloudy or yellow/green drainage, matted eyelids after sleep, eye pain and/or redness, you should keep your child home and contact your child’s health care provider. If your child is diagnosed with pink eye, they may return to school 24 hours after treatment has begun. Vomiting and/or Diarrhea – Your child should stay home until the illness is over and for 24 hours after the last episode (without medication).    A friendly reminder from our nurses. Please keep the germs at bay and away from other students and staff. Thank you.

From team rosters and game schedules to tickets and live streaming—it's all in one place. Attached, you'll find detailed instructions on how to purchase tickets through our new platform and mobile app. We're also thrilled to share that  all home events for both Middle School and High School will now be available to stream live! CEP for Free Breakfast and Lunch

As a part of the Community Eligibility Provision, the program that assists with our ability to offer free breakfast and lunch to all students, we are required to obtain this form from our patrons. You can enter all of your students on one form. I had three families test the form, and each were able to successfully complete it within two minutes. Please help us continue to support our kids. Address Verification

We are unable to finalize schedules, classroom assignments, bus routes, lunch periods, etc. until Address Verification is complete. Everything enrollment is on hold until we have students verified. If you are not returning, please let us know that as well. 20 days remain until the first day of school. All Students Receive Free Entry w ith a donation of one of the following items: Breakfast Bars Granola Bars Instant Oatmeal Fruit Cups Canned Chicken Canned Tuna Mac n Cheese Flavored Noodles Canned Spaghetti Sauce Spaghetti Canned Soup: Chicken Noodle, Tomato Ramen Noodles Juice Packs Hamburger Helper Cheese Crackers, Peanut Butter Crackers Canned Chili Canned Meals: Beefaroni, Ravioli, Lasagna, Spaghettios (Generic brands are great!) 📢  Donations will support the NHS Food Pantry!   We ask all fans to bring donations as well!   Let’s show our support and help those in need!
