Required Vaccines-Open House
Dear ACS Families, ACS is pleased to share that student immunizations will be available during Open House on Monday, August 31st, from 4:00–6:00 PM! In partnership with River Hospital , we will offer required immunizations onsite for students entering 6th, 7th, and 12th grades who have not yet received the mandatory immunizations required for the 2026–2027 school year. The following immunizations will be available: Incoming 6th Grade Students: Tdap vaccine Incoming 7th Grade Students: Meningococcal vaccine Incoming 12th Grade Students: Meningococcal vaccine If your child still needs one of these required immunizations and you would like them to receive it during Open House, please stop by the School Nurse’s Office between 4:00 and 6:00 PM . A parent or guardian will need to complete the required consent form before the immunization can be administered. We are grateful to River Hospital for partnering with ACS to make these required immunizations convenient and accessible for our families as we prepare for the start of another successful school year. If you have questions regarding your child’s immunization requirements or records, please contact the Health Office at 315-482-9971 ext. 7 .
