Senior Scholarship Opportunity
Senior Scholarship Opportunity Applications Due: February 20, 2026 The Kings Canyon Educational Partnership Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2026 Senior Scholarship. Each award is $1,000 and may be used at a community college, vocational program, or four-year university. Eligibility Requirements: Be a senior at one of the following: KC Online, Kings Canyon Adult School, Kings Canyon High School, Mountain View School, Orange Cove High School, Reedley High School, Reedley Middle College High School — or be a senior child of a KCUSD employee. Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA at the school of graduation. Submit all required components: Essay question response Record of accomplishments Support and Certification pages Selection & Distribution: Recipients will be selected by the Kings Canyon Educational Partnership Foundation. Scholarship funds will be distributed through the KCUSD Business Office, coordinated by the Director of Fiscal Services. Deadline: Applications are due Friday, February 20, 2026 Apply Here

Our CTE courses are filling up. Classes will be starting up at the end of January. Please see the attached flyer. * Interested in the language of medicine? Join our Medical Terminology course from Jan 27 – March 19 . It’s the perfect foundation for your healthcare career! Plus, once you earn your A.A. from Reedley College, you can take the next step into Fresno State’s Medical Interpreting program. Our medical terminology course will take place at John F. Kennedy Middle School in Sanger, room 214A. Kings Canyon Adult School(KCAS) continues to offer morning English as a Second Language(ESL) courses in Reedley at Lincoln, Washington and Jefferson Elementaries. KCAS also offers morning and evening classes in Orange Cove. If you would like to learn or improve your English or know someone that would like to enroll, please let them know about our programs. * Do you dream of running your own restaurant or food truck? Our Culinary Arts and Entrepreneurship course runs from February 9th through May 6th . This program covers the essentials of cooking, baking, and BBQ, alongside the fundamentals of business ownership. Classes will be held in the Reedley High School culinary classroom. * Our Instructional Aide courses are starting soon! We are offering two sessions: Orange Cove (February 2 – March 4) and Reedley (March 10 – April 16) . These classes prepare you to support lead teachers by facilitating student learning, working with individuals or small groups, and managing essential classroom tasks to ensure student success. Sports & Recreation Kings Canyon Unified School District Spring Sports are almost here! As winter sports head into the second half of the season, we’re gearing up for Spring Sports opportunities for KCUSD elementary and middle school students. We encourage all students to give it a try—whether it’s your first sport or your favorite one! Athletics help students grow confidence, learn teamwork, and stay active. New this year!
