Complete the registration form. 3. FOR STUDENTS ONLY: On the top left page of the registration page select "DEPENDENTS" 4. FOR STUDENTS ONLY: Select "ADD NEW DEPENDENT" 5. FOR STUDENTS ONLY: Complete the mini registration form for your child and click "SUBMIT" 6. FOR STUDENTS ONLY: Click the menu icon at the top left again and select “Medical Clearances.” 7. FOR STUDENTS ONLY: Click “Update” to complete the Minor Consent Form, which is required for your child to test at school. 8. FOR STUDENTS ONLY: Review and sign the WJUSD Parent Consent Form ( English ) ( Spanish ), which is required to allow for your child's COVID-19 test results to be sent to the WJUSD School Nurse There will be no testing on July 5, 2021.-------------------- = no testing during this shift. ***Freeman and Beamer will alternate morning and afternoon shifts weekly. ***Freeman will test in the afternoon: 6/24, 7/8, 7/22. Freeman will test in the morning: 7/1, 7/15. ***Beamer will test in the afternoon: 7/1, 7/15. Beamer will test in the morning: 6/24, 7/8, 7/22. **Transportation tests from 12:30-1:30 and 2:30-4:00.
The Yolo County Health Department is hosting a free vaccine clinic at Woodland High School THIS Friday, June 4th from 12-4 PM in the cafeteria for all students ages 12 and older. No appointment is necessary . A parent/guardian must sign a permission slip if a parent/guardian is not present. Permission slips are available at all school front offices and the District Office. This is a second dose clinic for those that received their their first dose on Friday, May 14th AND is a first dose clinic with a second dose clinic scheduled for Friday, June 25th.

PUBLIC COMMENT TO THE BOARD : Per Board Bylaw 9323, comments shall be limited to three minutes per person, and the Board shall limit the total time for public comment on each item to 20 minutes unless extended by a vote of the Board. If you wish to make a comment during general public comment or on a specific agenda item, there are four (4) ways to do that: 1. Live Public Comments: Sign up by 4:00 pm on or before the day of the Board Meeting via Google Form (see web link on the specific meeting agenda) or in-person with the receptionist at the District Office. Individuals who sign up to share their public comments live at the meeting will be emailed a Zoom link and phone number between 4:00 and 5:00 pm to join the meeting via Zoom or phone. The Board President will call on individuals by name when it is their turn to speak. 2. Voicemail Public Comments: Public comments may also be submitted by voicemail by 4:00 pm on the Board Meeting date, at 530-406-5800 , and they will be played during the meeting if time permits. If you wish to leave a comment regarding a specific agenda item, please indicate the item's number and title in your message. 3. Starting tomorrow, WJUSD is offering free COVID testing for students. Testing centers are located at Woodland High School and Pioneer High School and open from 8 am to 4 pm. To register your student for testing please read the letter attached below.

If you or anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid, you must keep your child(ren) at home for distance-learning. If you have questions about how to access distance learning when/if your child stays home, please contact your child's teacher.
