The Buellton Union School District has one trustee position open for appointment to the Board of Trustees . Trustee Area #2 (trustee area maps can be accessed here ) still needs a community member to volunteer for this important service to children and families, and includes Rancho De Maria, west toward Valley Station Circle, as well as the rural areas to the south and west of the City of Buellton, but within school district boundaries.    Any qualified voter living within this trustee area may consider applying for the appointment by 12:00 noon on October 4.   Applications will be reviewed by members of the Board of Trustees at the regular meeting on October 9 at 7 PM in the Jonata Middle School Library at 301 Second Street, Buellton, California. It is a requirement that applicants be present for an interview with the Board in Public Session at this meeting to be considered. Board of Trustees Regular Meeting, Jonata M.S. Libra...

Dear Buellton School Community, The Buellton USD Board will meet in open session   in the Jonata Middle School Library this week on Wednesday, August 21 at 7:00 PM .       It is important for members of the community to be able to comment on items being considered by the Board of Trustees. Public Comment may be made in person during the meeting by submitting a “Speaker Card” to the Clerk of the Board. The district uses a web-based platform for meeting agendas, documents, and policies. You can use a QR Code to access the agenda on your phone or other device. You can also access the full agenda for this week’s meeting  on the main page of the district website.
