2020 Annual Giving Event
Dear Forest Charter Family,
As COVID-19 continues to challenge our school families and community, we find inspiration and encouragement in the way our families and supervising teachers are working together to support our students.
The Forest Charter School Education Foundation continues to support the school by helping offset the costs of student technology and instructional supplies, along with safety requirements to meet the needs of these challenging times. While there is still uncertainty, we know that we need to respond quickly to our changing reality. Now, more than ever, our school community needs us. And we need you.
Thanks to your past support, we have been able to enhance the Forest Charter student experience by buying art and science supplies, updating our K-12 curriculum, restocking our school library with new books, and growing our Forest Charter School Foundation Scholarship, which we awarded for the first time in June 2020!
This year our goal is to raise $25,000, which will go a long way in strengthening our existing and yet-to-be-dreamed-up programs.
While acknowledging these challenging times, we would like to inspire everyone to give as generously as they can. If you are able, we suggest an annual contribution of $250 per student to help us meet our goal.
On behalf of the Forest Charter School Education Foundation Board, thank you for being a part of our community and thank you for your continued support of our students.
Stay safe and well.
Sincerely,
Susan Binon
