Friends and Family Campaign, 2024-2025

Hello Mark Twain Friends and Family,

What is the Friends and Family Campaign?

This campaign is an opportunity for you to help us start the year strong by donating to the Mark Twain PTO. Every dollar raised supports the PTO mission of “fostering excellence in education by sponsoring programs for the students, family and community, and promoting cooperation and understanding among parents, faculty, students and the school administration.” In short, we want everyone at Mark Twain to succeed, and you can help make this happen!

How are PTO Donations Used?

Your donations are critical to our community. From providing fun and safe experiences for our students, to supporting the professional development of our teachers and staff, to filling critical needs that might otherwise be underfunded: 

  • International Baccalaureate (IB) & Dual Language programs (teacher training & program fees)
  • Campus improvement and beautification projects
  • Classroom, technology, and safety equipment
  • PTO events/programs such as STEAM Night, International Festival, guest author visits, and
  • Ensuring every student succeeds and feels welcome, regardless of financial situation

Corporate Matching

You may be able to increase your donation by participating in a “Corporate Matching” program at your place of work. Please consider contacting your Human Resources department to see if this is available. We are happy to help you complete the required paperwork!

MARK TWAIN $2,000+ 

  • Priority seating for four at a grade-level or strings performance
  • Plus all items below

EDITOR $1,000 

  • Personalized engraved brick at school entrance
  • Plus all items below

 RIVER PILOT $500 

  • Sponsorship breakfast with Principal Rawson on September 20
  • Plus all items below 

REPORTER $250 

  • Raffle ticket for Personalized Engraved Brick at school entrance
  • Recognition in Auction Program
  • Plus all items below

 CUB PILOT $100 

  • Mark Twain yard sign
  • Mark Twain car magnet or sticker
  • Plus all items below

Apprentice $25

  • Recognition in school directory
  • Printed copy of school directory
