Taylor Nelson: Sales Development Representative

Meet Taylor Nelson! Taylor works with our sales team as a Sales Development Representative.

Where did you grow up?

I grew up in Phoenix, AZ! I’m a full desert reptile.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

1000% French fries.

What are you most likely doing on a Saturday afternoon?

I am probably drinking my 3rd iced latte of the day, walking near the ocean, hangin out with my husband, daughter, and dog! You might also find me at a farmer’s market buying up all the seasonal fruit.

What teacher impacted you the most? Why?

Mr. Taylor and Mr. Carter my high school theater teachers. They truly helped me become the quirky outgoing person I am today. They created a safe and creative space for us to find ourselves and I am forever grateful.

Favorite restaurant?

Worth Takeaway in Downtown Mesa, AZ. Go there, right now.

Do you have any pets? If so – what kind? What are their names?

I have a German Shepard/ Ridgeback mix named Jackson. He’s the best.

If you could magically gain one talent, what would it be?

The ability to sing. Right now, I sing horribly and so very loudly. I think it would be nice to spare my loved ones!

Favorite movie and/or book?

Remember the Titans.

What are some small things that make your day better?

Iced lattes, sticky notes, and my Hokas. Oooh, also my paper mate felt tip pens.

If you could dedicate your life to solving one problem, what would it be?

Making sure that everyone has access to healthy and nutritious food, access to clean water, and access to healthcare!

What do you like most about working for ParentSquare?

It really feels like I’m joining a family. Everyone takes pride in what is happening within the company and you feel connected to all the departments. I also love the product and how much of a positive impact we have on the schools and families we serve.

Taylor has been at ParentSquare since September 6, 2022.
